Text and Variable input formatting

Expected Result

In the annual revenue tab, the figure should be formatted into thousands and millions demarcated by commas.

Actual Result

In the annual income tab, the figure isn't formatted into thousands and millions demarcated by commas. Eg, 1,000,000 instead of 1000000 This makes it easy to input 100000000 instead of 10000000.

Developer Resolution Notes

Added number formatting with thousand separators (commas) to all currency and numeric input fields. Implemented JavaScript formatter for annual income, revenue, and sum assured fields. Format applies on blur, maintains raw value for submission.
